摘　　要：目的通过介入手术患者各环节的安全交接,确保介入手术患者的安全,提高工作效率。方法对介入手术中涉及的各个交接环节进行信息化管理,保证信息的自动提取,确保患者动态信息的实时显示。结果通过电子交接单,可以保证患者信息的准确性;为科室间的交接节省了时间,减少了手动录入的错误;患者手术信息的实时显示加强了与患者家属的及时沟通,提高了工作效率及满意度。结论介入手术患者安全交接的闭环管理能使交接环节更加客观准确,避免了信息错误,规范了手术流程。Objective Through the implementation of safe handover of all aspects of interventional operation, the study aimed to achieve the safety of patients in all aspects of the intervention, and to improve work efficiency. Methods The information system was used on all aspects of interventional operation to guarantee the automatic extraction of the information and the real--time display of dynamic information of patients.Results The accuracy of patient information was ensured through the implementation of electronic transfer sheet, which saved nurse handover time and reduced er- rors of manual input between departments＇ transfer. The real--time display of patient information strengthened the corn munication with patients＇ families, improved the work efficiency and satisfaction.Conclusion The use of closed--loop management of safe handover for patients undergoing interventional operation can improve objectivity and accuracy, avoid information error, and standardize the operation process.
