摘　　要：随着人类社会全面进入信息时代,智能手机已经成为人们日常生活中不可或缺的浏览和交流工具。微信作为新型即时通讯手机软件,以其提供的公众平台、朋友圈、消息推送等功能,深受年轻人的喜爱,拥有庞大的用户群体。在为人们生活提供便利的同时,微信犯罪也成为一种全新犯罪手段,依托微信而产生的诈骗、赌博、传销等违法犯罪方式层出不穷,且具有极高的隐蔽性。公安机关应当充分利用微信功能,通过信息研判、人号对比、实时定位等措施,严厉打击微信犯罪,并充分发挥微信作为实时交往平台在案件侦办中的作用,使之成为公安机关提升侦查效率的"抓手"。With the human society into the information age, smart phones have become an indispensable browsing and communication tool in daily life. WeChat, as a new instant messaging mobile phone software, with its public platform, moments, messaging and other functions, is favorite by the young people and has a huge user groups. At the same time of providing the convenience for people＇ s lives,WeChat has become such a new means of crime that fraud, gambling, pyramid schemes and other illegal ways emerged with a high degree of concealment. The public security organs should make full use of the function of WeChat, through information research, number comparison, real - time positioning and other measures to crack down on crimes via WeChat, and give full play of WeChat as a real- time communication platform in the investigation of the cases to make it become the ＂break- through point＂ of public security organs to improve the efficiency of investigation.
