摘　　要：蓬勃发展的自贸区现代服务业对人才求贤若渴,构建评价体系,提高人才培养质量,评价促发展已刻不容缓。本文通过实地、问卷、座谈等调研发现当前的评价体系还需进一步完善。应遵循体系建设原则,实施"4双"战略,构建出以"课程"为基础、以"能力"为核心的多角度多形式的评价体系,以期培养出行业翘楚服务于社会经济发展。Vigorous development on modern service industry at free trade zone is in the desire for talent.Therefore,it is urgent to construct evaluation system,enhance talent training quality and push development by evaluation system.The paper,through on-the-spot investigation,the questionnaire and the symposium,finds out the promotion space.Training the top talents of the industry serving the social development depends on carrying out＂four double＂strategy to form a multi-angle and multi-form evaluation system taking＂curriculum＂as the base and＂ability＂as the core following the system construction principle.
