摘　　要：目的探讨PDCA模式在三室5S管理中的应用效果。方法将2016年6~8月5S管理前我院23个病区的三室(治疗室、处置室、护士办公室)物品规范管理设为对照组,将2016年9~11月5S管理后23个病区的三室物品规范管理设为观察组,应用PDCA模式进行5S管理的推进,通过计算三室物品规范管理符合要求的病区达标率比较5S管理前后的效果。结果观察组的基数药品种类减少率为42.1%,抢救药品种类减少率为9.09%,特殊药品种类减少率62.5%。观察组的病区药品种类较对照组显著减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组三室物品管理符合要求的病区达标率为91.3%,高于对照组的67.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PDCA模式在三室5S管理中具有较好的应用效果,能够有效提高三室物品及药品定量、定位规范持续管理,不仅改善了三室环境,还提高了护理人员的素质。Objective To explore the application effect of PDCA mode in 5S management of three rooms.Methods Before management,from June 2016 to August,the goods standardized management of the three rooms （therapeutic room, treatment room,nurse＇s Office） in the 23 wards of our hospital were selected as the control group.After management,from September 2016 to November,23 wards taken 5S management of our hospital were selected as the observation group. The 5S management was promoted by using PDCA mode.The effect before and after 5S management was compared by calculating the meetting requirements ward compliance rate of three rooms standard management.Results The reduced rate of base drugs,rescue drugs and specialty drugs in the observation group were respectively 42.1% ,9.09% and 62.5%.Compared with the control group,the type of medicine in the wards of observation group decreased significantly, with significant difference （P〈0.OS）.The meetting requirements ward compliance rate of three rooms management in the observation group was 91.3%,which was higher than that in the control group （67.4%）,with significant difference （P〈 0.05）.Conclusion The application of PDCA mode in the management of three rooms 5S has good effect,which can effec- tively improve the management of the three room articles and the quantitative and positioning of drugs,not only im- proves the room environment,but also improves the quality of nursing staff.
