深化军队院校教学模式改革的对策

摘　　要：针对当前军队院校教学模式改革缺乏与之对应的教学管理机制,教员和教学管理人员对教学模式促进学员学习的认识还不够,以及教学模式改革教员群体应具备的理论知识与技能手段还不足等问题,进行现状与原因剖析,并从坚持问题引导、分类引导、建设骨干队伍、打造精品课程课堂与教例等4个方面提出具体建议。The paper firstly analyzes current situation and causes for following problems： lacking teaching management mechanism to match teaching model reform in military academies, lacking adequate awareness of teaching model for learning, and having inadequate theoretical knowledge and skills. Then, it proposes concrete suggestions from following 4 aspects： insisting on question guiding, classification guiding, building backbone team, and creating high-quality curriculum and teaching cases.
