脑血管造影及供血动脉栓塞在富血供脑膜瘤手术中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨脑血管造影及供血动脉栓塞应用于富血供脑膜瘤手术中的临床效果。方法选取2014年6月至2016年6月在我院治疗的68例富血供脑膜瘤患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和试验组,各34例。对照组患者术前未行脑血管造影及供血动脉栓塞,试验组患者术前行脑血管造影及供血动脉栓塞。比较两组患者的临床效果。结果治疗后,试验组患者的手术时间、术中出血量及并发症发生率明显优于对照组(P<0.05);试验组患者的Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ级的肿瘤切除程度明显优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者的各GOS评分发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论脑血管造影及供血动脉栓塞应用于富血供脑膜瘤手术中,可提高肿瘤切除程度,减少术中出血量,并提高了患者的生活质量。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of cerebral angiography and blood supply artery embolization in the treatment of large-hypervascula meningioma operation. Methods Sixty-eight cases of patients with large-hypervaseula meningioma operation admitted in our hospital from June 2014 to June 2016 were selected and randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 34 cases in each group. The control group wasn＇t given cerebral angiography and blood supply artery embolization before operation, while the experimental group received cerebral angiography and blood supply artery embolization before operation. The clinical effects of two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the operation time, blood loss and complication rate of the experimental group were better than those of the control group （P〈0.05）. The degree of Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅳ tumor resection of the experimental group was better than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in the incidence of each GOS scores of the two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Cerebral angiography and blood supply artery embohzation in the treatment of large-hypervascula meningioma operation can improve the degree of tumor resection, reduce the bleeding loss and improve the patients＂ quality of life.
