摘　　要：＂85后＂买手渐成豪宅新主力,房源豪宅化或顶级豪宅化会成趋势吗以往,如果拉一张环球豪宅清单,纽约曼哈顿中城、旧金山太平洋高地、伦敦肯辛顿社区铁定占据前三。西方老牌财阀和财富新贵们都热衷于在这些地方＂圈地＂,就连最早跻身于中国财富榜单前列的知名企业家们也纷纷在这些地段置业,＂顺手＂将当地房价推上千万美元级别的巅峰。Thanks to the benefits enabled by reform and opening up, Internet start-up boom and bull market, China's luxury housing markets are driving up the price index for high-end residences around the globe, according to Knight Frank's 'Prime Global Cities Index' report of Q1 of 2017(the institute defines ‘prime properties' as ones that are in the top 5 percent of the corresponding city's housing market). So far, the price threshold of the most luxurious houses in Beijing and Shanghai has climbed to 50 million yuan each.
