摘 要:目的:探讨运用激光共焦显微镜观察Fuchs角膜内皮营养不良患者角膜各层形态。方法:收集2014年12月-2015年8月在我院就诊的Fuchs角膜内皮营养不良患者8例16眼,全部患者行激光共焦显微镜检查,对比双眼上皮、基质及内皮细胞形态图像。结果:8例16眼角膜内皮均可见滴状赘疣;10眼内皮细胞结构不清,7例14眼存在双眼内皮损害程度不一;8眼角膜前部基质层细胞肿胀;6眼角膜观察到上皮基底细胞肿胀。结论:激光共焦显微镜能够清楚观察到Fuchs角膜内皮营养不良患者角膜各层细胞变化,尤其是内皮层细胞改变。特别适用于角膜水肿患者。Objective: To analyze the images of cornea with Fuchs endothelial dystrophy using confocal microcopy. Methods: We collected 16 eyes of 8 patients being diagnosed with Fuchs endothelial dystrophy. All patients were examined using scanning confocal microcopy. We compared the images of the shape of epithelial cells, the storma and endochellial cells. Results: Confocal microcopy revealed guttae in 16 eyes from 8 patients. The structure of endothelial cells were not clear in 10 eyes. The damages of endochellial cells were found in varying degrees among 14 eyes from 7 patients. The stroma cells in 8 eyes were swelling. The basal cells of epithelium in 6 eyes were swelling. Conclusion. Confocal microcopy can be used to observe the changes of corneal cells with Fuchs endothelial dystrophy, the changes of cornea endothelial cells in particularly. It is especially useful for patients with corneal edema.
