E2F-1在胃癌癌组织中的表达及其与预后的关系

摘　　要：【目的】探讨转录因子E2F-1在胃癌癌组织中的表达及其与预后的关系。【方法】检测80例胃癌患者胃癌组织、癌旁正常组织中的E2E-1表达情况，对其临床病理特征及预后进行分析。【结果】胃癌组织中E2F-1的阳性表达率为71．25％（57／80），高于癌旁正常组织23．75％（P〈0．05）；E2F-1阳性表达与阴性表达患者的性别、年龄、组织学类型、肿瘤位置、分化程度、TNM分期、淋巴结转移相比较差畀均无显著性（P〉0．05）；E2F-1阳性表达患者2年生存率为47．37％（27／57），低于阴性表达的73．91％（17／23）（P〈0．05）；Cox模型单因素分析显示肿瘤位置、分化程度、TNM分期、淋巴结转移与胃癌患者总生存时间有关（P〈0．05），多因素分析发现淋巴结转移、E2F-1阳性表达是影响胃癌患者生存时间的独立危险因素。[结论]E2F-1是胃癌恶性行为的标志之一，是预后不良的重要影响因子。[Objective] To investigate the expression of E2F-1 in gastric cancer tissues and its relationship with prognosis. [Methods]Eighty patients with gastric cancer in our hospital were enrolled in the study. The expression of E2E-I in gastric cancer tissues and adjacent normal tissues was detected, and the clinicopathological features and prognosis were analyzed. [Results]The positive expression rate of E2F-1 in gastric cancer tissues （71.25%） was significantly higher than that in adjacent normal tissues （23.75 %） （ P 〈0.05）. There were no significant differences in positive and negative expressions of E2F-1 in relation to gender, age, histological type, tumor location, differentiation, TNM stage and lymph node metastasis in patients （ P 〉0.05）. The 2-year survival rate of patients with positive expression of E2F-1 （47.37%） was lower than that of patients with negative expression （73.91% ）, and the difference was statistical significant （ P 〈0.05）. Cox model univariate analysis showed that tumor location, differentiation degree, TNM stage and lymph node metastasis were related to the overall survival time of patients with gastric cancer （ P〈0.05）. Multivariate analysis showed that lymph node metastasis and positive expression of E2F-1 were the independent risk factors influencing the survival time of patients with gastric cancer. [Conclusion] E2F-1 is one of the signs of malignant behavior for gastric cancer and is an important influencing factor for poor prognosis.
