摘 要:目的:探索在糖有氧供能条件下的间歇性游泳训练最佳训练周期及机制。方法:SD雄性大鼠随机分成空白对照组(C,n=6)、单周期/周训练组(小、中、大负荷循环1次,T_1,n=42)、双周期/周训练组(小、中、大负荷循环2次,T_2,n=42)、三周期/周训练组(小、大负荷循环3次,T_3,n=42)。大鼠经过一周不同训练周期游泳训练后,C组在安静状态下,T_1、T_2、T_3组在运动后7个时刻(T_0、T_(12)、T_(24)、T_(36)、T_(48)、T_(60)、T_(72))分别取血液、肾脏组织,测定CRE、SOD、MDA、Ca^(2+)-ATP酶等指标。结果:单周期训练结束后即刻大鼠血液中CRE含量显著升高(P<0.05);肾脏组织中MDA含量即刻显著性升高;Ca^(2+)-ATPase含量在T_0和T_(12)表现为显著性降低(P<0.05)。双周期训练结束后肾脏组织Ca^(2+)-ATPase含量各时相变化明显,在T_12、T_24和T_36分别为显著性降低和显著性回升;肾脏组织内SOD水平在即刻显著性降低,T_24和T_(36)显著性升高,T_(60)恢复至正常水平;即刻大鼠血液中CRE水平显著性升高,所以肾脏功能恢复的最佳时间为T_(48)至T_(60)。三周期训练后即刻大鼠血液中CRE含量显著性升高,T_(24)和T_(36)均表现显著性升高和回落,T_(72)时恢复正常;大鼠肾脏内的SOD含量水平在即刻显著性降低;与安静对照组相比,MDA在各时相有上升趋势,至T_72恢复至正常水平;肾脏组织内Ca^(2+)-AT_Pase水平在T_12、T_(24)和T_(48)均表现为显著性下降,所以肾脏功能恢复的最佳时间为T_(60)至T_(72)。结论:双周期训练后,肾脏功能恢复的最佳时段为48 h至60 h;三周期训练后肾脏功能恢复的最佳时间为60 h至72 h。Object: To provide the best training cycle and mechanism for the intermittent swimming training. Methods:The male SD rats were randomly divided into blank control group( K,n = 6),single cycle/week training group( one round of training with small,medium and large load,T_1,n = 42),double cycle/week training group( T_2,n = 42),triple cycle/week training group( T_3,n = 42). After oneweek of swimming training,indexes of blood,kidneys,measured CRE,SOD,MDA,Ca^(2+)-ATP were sampled respectively from K group in quiet state,and group T_1,T_2 and T_3 at seven different times( T_0、T_(12)、T_(24)、T_(36)、T_(48)、T_(60)、T_(72)) after motion. Results:The CRE content in rats bloodincreased significantly( P < 0. 05) after the single cycle of training; MDA content in kidney tissue rose dramatically; Ca^(2+)-ATPase content at T0 and T_(12) dropped significantly( P < 0. 05). After double cycle of training,Ca^(2+)-ATPase content in kidney changed obviously at every phase,going up significantly at T_(12) and T_(24) and dropping obviously at T_(36). SOD in kidney tissue went down immediately,up significantly at T_(24) and T_(36),and back to normal at T_(60); CRE in blood increased immediately,therefore the best time/phasefor renalfunction recovery is in the period from T_(48) to T_(60). After the triple cycle of training,CRE content in the blood increased significantly,going up obviously and down at T_(24) and T_(36),and back to normal at T_(72); SOD in kidney tissue presented sharp drop immediately; as compared with Group in quiet state,MDA content went up significantly at every phase,and back to normal at T_(72); Ca^(2+)-ATPase content in kidney dropped significantly at T_(12),T_(24),and T_(48),therefore the best time/phasefor renalfunction recovery is in the period from T_(60) to T_(72).Conclution: After T_2 training,the best time/phasefor renal function recovery is in the period from 48 h to 60 h;After T_3 training,the best time/phasefor renal function recovery is in the period from 60 h to 72 h.
