摘 要:滚动轴承在发生故障时其振动信号会出现调制现象。Teager能量算子相比于Hilbert变换在运算速度和解调精度方面具有明显优势,但其不能提供足够高的分辨率来解调低频调制信号,为此提出复调制细化谱分析方法。通过轴承故障模拟实验,对采集的正常、内圈轻微、严重故障的轴承振动信号进行Teager能量算子解调,然后对其包络进行复调制细化谱分析,得到轴承回转频率及其谐波,内圈故障特征频率及其谐波、边频带。随着轴承内圈故障程度的增加,内圈故障特征频率、边频带的幅值明显增大,可作为滚动轴承内圈点蚀故障特征参数。The vibration signal of rolling element bearing can be modulated in the event of fault. Teager energy operator has the obvious advantage of computing speed and demodulation accuracy compared with the Hilbert transform, but it is unable to show frequency resolution enough for visual inspection. Therefore, the method of multiple modulation zoom spectrum analysis (ZFFT) was proposed. A bearing simulator was used to collecte vibration signals of bearing inner race in normal, mild fault and severe fault conditions, extracted the envelope signals using the Teager energy operator and analyzed this envelope signals using ZFFT in order to gain the frequency of shaft speed and harmonics, BPFI (ball pass frequency, inner race) and harmonics, sidebands spaced. The results show that: with the increase of bearing inner race fault, the amplitudes of BPFI and sidebands spaced increase significantly and can be used as the fault characteristic parameters of bearing inner race point faults.
