摘  要:本文在系统阐述众包与模糊前端的概念内涵、特征以及二者间关系的基础上,剖析了众包战略对新产品开发模糊前端活动的促进作用与负面影响,为客观认识众包战略在模糊前端阶段获取优质创意的作用提供辨证思考。然后进一步从四个方面提出了众包战略促进企业模糊前端创新绩效的理论框架,并对后续更深入的理论与实证研究给出了具体思路。本研究不仅为探讨众包战略与模糊前端创新的关系提供了理论指导,而且对我国企业有效管理模糊前端活动、利用众包战略获取模糊前端优质创意具有重要的实践启示。On the basis of formulating the concept, characteristics and the relationship between crowdsourcing strategy and fuzzy front end (FEE), this paper expounded the positive impact and negative impact of the cro'wdsourcing strategy on the FFE innovation in ne'w product development ( NPD) , and provided dialectical thinking of completely and objectively understanding the impact of crowdsourc-ing on accessing quality creation in the FFE stage. The paper further proposed the theoretical framework from four aspects of crowdsourc-ing strategy promoting FFE innovation performance of enterprise, and gave specific ideas to deeper theoretical and empirical study. This study not only provides the theoretical guidance of discussing the relationship between crowsourcing strategy and FFE innovation, but al-so has important practical implication for enterprises to manage the FFE activities effectively and use crowdsourcing strategy to acquire quality creation of FFE.
