摘 要:拍门框形水封的受力方式决定了其计算方法与传统的启闭式闸门水封不同,一般需三维建模。鉴于直接建立拍门水封的三维模型进行仿真计算在技术上难以克服高度非线性问题,计算难以收敛,故结合框形水封线压力的近似计算和水封断面二维有限元计算,通过反查线压力曲线得到拍门水封计算的近似结果,从而克服了框形水封三维仿真的技术难题。The loading pattern of flapping gate frame shaped water seal decide its calculation method is different from the traditional opening and closing type gate seal and generally needs to build a three-dimensional model. In view of the difficulty that to overcome the highly nonlin-ear on computing technology by the direct three-dimensional model simulation computation of flapping gate seal and computation was difficult to converge,this paper combined the approximate calculation of line pressure of frame-typed seal and two-dimensional finite element simula-tion calculation of water seal5 s section, got the approximate calculation result through reverse check the line pressure curve,thus to overcome the technical problems of three-dimensional simulation of frame-typed seal.
