寻常型鱼鳞病合手足皲裂症运用复方乳酸软膏治疗的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探究分析寻常型鱼鳞病合手足皲裂症患者运用复方乳酸软膏进行治疗的临床效果。方法选取2014年1月至2016年1月本院接收的寻常型鱼鳞病合手足皲裂症患者80例为研究对象,用随机数字表法分成两组,均为40例。观察组患者运用复方乳酸软膏进行治疗,对照组患者运用软膏基质进行治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组寻常型鱼鳞病与手足皲裂症治疗总有效率分别为97.50%、100.00%,对照组分别为77.50%、82.50%,观察组治疗总有效率较对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论寻常型鱼鳞病合手足皲裂症患者使用复方乳酸软膏进行治疗,效果确切,可推荐使用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of compound lactic acid ointment on ichthyosis vulgaris complicated with rhagadia manus et pedis. Methods Eighty patients with ichthyosis vulgaris complicated with rhagadia manus et pedis treated in our hospital between January 2014 and January 2016 were included in this study and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table, 40 patients in each group. The patients in the observation group were treated with compound lactic acid ointment, while the patients in the control group were treated with ointment base. The treatment effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate for ichthyosis vulgaris of the observation group and the control group were respectively 97.50% and 77.50%, while the total effective rate for rhagadia manus et pedis were respectively 100.00% and 82.50%. The differences between the two groups were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Compound lactic acid ointment has good effect on ichthyosis vulgaris complicated with rhagadia manus et pedis, which is worthy of popularization and application.
