摘　　要：目的探讨非动脉炎性前部缺血性视神经病变(AION)血液流变学改变,为临床治疗及预防提供参考依据。方法收集我院收治的前部缺血性视神经病变患者40例(43眼)作为研究组,选择同期健康体检者40例作为对照组,测定并分析两组血流流变学变化情况。结果两组TC、TG水平比较,差异不显著(P>0.05);两组血红细胞沉降率、血小板电泳时间比较,差异不显著(P>0.05);研究组红细胞压积、血浆粘度、全血低切粘度、全血高切粘度、聚集指数、纤维蛋白原、红细胞电泳时间水平均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论通过正确判断非动脉炎性AION,并给予积极治疗,改善视盘缺血状态,可提高其视敏度。Objective To investigate the changes of hemorrheology of non-arterial anterior ischemic optic neuropathy, and provide reference for clinical treatment and prevention. Methods Forty patients （43 eyes） with anterior ischemic optic neuropathy treated in our hospital were selected as the study group. Forty healthy subjects at the same period were selected as the control group. The changes of hemorrheology in the two groups were detected and analyzed. Results There was no significant difference on TC and TG between the two groups （P〉0.05）. There were no significant differences on erythrocyte sedimentation rate and platelet electrophoresis time between the two groups （P〉0.05）. However, the hematokrit, viscosity of whole blood, low shear viscosity of whole blood, high shear viscosity of whole blood, aggregation index, fibrinogen and erythrocyte eleetrophoresis time of the study group were higher than those of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Through the correct judgment of non-arterial inflammatory AION, and giving active treatment, the status of optic disc ischemia and the visual acuity can be improved.
