小切口胆囊切除术与传统胆囊切除术在胆囊疾病中的应用效果比较

摘　　要：目的比较小切口胆囊切除术与传统胆囊切除术在胆囊疾病中的临床效果。方法选取我院收治的78例胆囊疾病患者,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,各39例。对照组采用传统胆囊切除术治疗,观察组采用小切口胆囊切除术治疗。比较两组患者的术中出血量、住院时间等手术指标以及并发症发生情况及血糖、CPR水平。结果观察组术中出血量、镇静剂使用率、手术时间、住院时间、肠蠕动恢复时间均明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的并发症总发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后24h,对照组的血糖及CRP水平均显著高于治疗前(P<0.05),而观察组与治疗前比较,无显著差异(P>0.05),且血糖及CRP水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论小切口胆囊切除术治疗胆囊疾病临床效果显著,手术时间短,术中出血量少,值得临床推广应用。Objective To compare the clinical application effect of small incision choleeystectomy and traditional choleeystectomy in patient with gallbladder disease. Methods Seventy cases of patients with gallbladder diseases in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 39 cases in each group. The control group were treated with traditional cholecystectomy, while the observation group received small incision cholecystectomy. The intraoperative blood loss, length of stay and other surgical indicators, complications and blood glucose, CPR levels in the two groups were compared. Results The intraoperative blood loss, sedative usage rate, operation time, hospitalization time and recovery time of peristalsis in the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group （P〈0.05）; the complications rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group （P〈0.05）; 24 h after treatment （P〉0.05）, the levels of blood glucose and CRP in the control group were significantly higher than those before treatment （P〈0.05）, while there were no significant differences in the levels of blood glucose and CRP in the observation group than those before treatment, the levels of blood glucose and CRP on the observation group were lower than those of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Small incision cholecystectomy in patient with gallbladder disease has remarkable clinical effect, it has short operation time, low intraoperative blood, it is worthy of clinical application.
