摘  要:基于家政服务企业的产品、客户对服务质量的评价、企业品牌特性等方面存在的特殊性,家政服务企业要深入挖掘企业品牌创建的影响因素,制定家政服务品牌建设的系统设计,构建家政服务品牌建设的科学程式与行动集;国家相关部门也将家政服务品牌建设纳入整体规划,从政策和制度上保证家政服务企业品牌的科学构建。Housekeeping service enterprises are particular in view of their products, their evaluation from the cus- tomers ,their enterprise brand and others. Therefore, they should seek out the factors which influence the brand building, develop a systematic design to build the brand, and construct the scientific programs and start a set of ac- tions for brand-building. The national departments concerned also should integrate the brand building of housekeep- ing services into their overall plan so as to provide policy and institutional assurance for the brand building work of housekeeping services.
