摘　　要：目的探讨超声对卵巢交界性囊腺瘤的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析47例经手术及病理证实为卵巢交界性囊腺瘤病例的声像图资料,其中交界性浆液性囊腺瘤27例,交界性黏液性囊腺瘤20例,观察两种类型的超声表现及发生局部癌变者的声像图特征;并分析癌变发生与年龄、部位、大小及盆腔积液的关系。结果交界性浆液性囊腺瘤表现以囊实性和囊内乳头为主,癌变发生与患者年龄和肿瘤部位有关;交界性黏液性囊腺瘤主要表现为网状分隔、囊内乳头及囊实性,癌变发生与肿瘤大小有关。结论卵巢交界性囊腺瘤声像图有其特征性表现,根据其特征可提高超声的术前诊断符合率,判断有无癌变,有较高的诊断价值。Objective To explore the clinical diagnostic value of ultrasound in diagnosis of borderline ovarian cystadenoma. Methods Retrospective analysis was performed on data of 47 cases of borderline ovarian cystadenoma confirmed by postoperative pathology,including 27 cases of serous borderline ovarian cystadenoma（SBOT）,and 20 cases of mucinous borderline ovarian cystadenoma（MBOT）. The ultrasonic features were analyzed and compared between two types of borderline ovarian cystadenoma.The influencing factors of carcinogenesis were analyzed. Results Cystic and solid components were found in SBOT,and net partition,the focal canceration was significantly associated with the age and location.Pouch nipples and cystic and solid components were shown in MBOT,the focal canceration was significantly associated with the sizes of neoplasms.Conclusion It is of great clinical value to improve the diagnostic accuracy preoperatively according to the specific ultrasonic features of borderline ovarian cystadenoma.
