摘 要:目的:探讨宫颈分泌物中p16、MMPs表达量与宫颈癌组织中血管新生、细胞增殖的相关性。方法:收集本院收治的宫颈癌患者78例作为观察组,另取同期在本院进行检查的宫颈炎症患者60例作为对照组,取宫颈分泌物并采用酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)试剂盒测定p16、MMP-2、MMP-7、MMP-9的含量,获取宫颈病变组织标本并采用放射免疫法测定血管新生指标含量、采用Elisa试剂盒测定增殖基因B7-H4、GBP1、Sp2、EZH2、PKCε的蛋白表达量。采用Pearson检验分析宫颈癌患者宫颈分泌物中p16、MMPs表达量与宫颈癌组织中血管新生、细胞增殖的相关性。结果:观察组宫颈分泌物中p16、MMP-2、MMP-7、MMP-9含量均高于对照组,宫颈活检组织中COX-2、VEGFA、VEGFC、B7-H4、Sp2、EZH2、PKCε的表达量高于对照组,GBP1的表达量低于对照组。结论:宫颈癌患者宫颈分泌物中p16、MMPs表达量可量化反映宫颈癌细胞的血管新生及增殖程度。Objective: To study the correlation of p16 and MMPs expression in cervical secretions with the angiogenesis and cell proliferation in cervical cancer tissue. Methods: A total of 78 patients with cervical cancer who were treated in our hospital between August 2013 and May 2016 were collected as the observation group, and patients with cervicitis who received examination in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group. The cervical secretions were collected to determine p16, MMP-2, MMP-7 and MMP-9 levels with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) kit, cervical lesion tissue samples were collected to determine angiogenesis index levels by RIA method, and ELISA kits were used to determine pro- liferation genes BT-H4, GBP 1, Sp2, EZH2 and PKCε protein expression. Pearson test was used to analyze the correlation of p16 and MMPs expression in cervical secretions with the angiogenesis and cell proliferation in cervical cancer tissue of patients with cervical cancer. Results: p16, MMP-2, MMP-7 and MMP-9 levels in cervical secretions of observation group were higher than those of control group, and COX-2, VEGFA, VEGFC, BT-H4, Sp2, EZH2 and PKCε expression in cervical biopsy tissue were higher than those of control group while GBP1 expression was lower than that of control group. Conclusions: p16 and MMPs expression in cervical secretions of patients with cervical cancer can quantifiably reflect the degree of angiogenesis and proliferation of cervical cancer cells.
