摘 要:利用NUCARS动力学计算软件建立了动车组车辆和客专线18号道岔的动力学模型,计算动车组通过道岔辙叉时产生的动力响应,分析目前大号码道岔辙叉结构不平顺问题。计算结果表明:客专线18号道岔辙叉结构可满足列车在正常状态下以设计速度安全通过的要求;辙叉的结构不平顺对车辆过岔的舒适性影响较小,横移、横向力值均远小于限值;轮载过渡时车轮对接续承载的钢轨垂向冲击较大,影响钢轨的使用寿命,同时使得减载率偏大,说明辙叉的安全余量较低;辙叉结构需进一步优化设计以控制其结构不平顺。A dynamic model of EMU(Electric Multiple Unit) and No. 18 turnout for passenger dedicated railway were established by NUCARS dynamic calculation software. The dynamic responses were calculated while the EMU passing through the turnout frog to analyze the structure irregularity problem of large number turnout frogs. The calculation results show that the frog structure of No. 18 turnout for passenger dedicated railway meets the safety requirements while trains pass it at the design speed under normal state. The frog structural irregularity has less influence on the passenger comfort, the lateral displacement and lateral force are much smaller than specific limits. While the wheel loads transit from one rail to another, the wheels have a greater impact on the later rail. That will shorten the service life of the rail. Meantime, the load reduction rate is larger than normal. That shows the frog safety margin is low. It is needed to optimize the frog structure design to control its structure irregularity.
