顺德中小家电制造企业自主创新动力影响因素分析与对策

摘　　要：随着家电制造产业成熟度不断提高,许多企业不可避免地面临自主创新瓶颈带来的挑战。尤其是中小企业,大多属于模仿式发展,技术含量和附加值相对较低,缺乏创新动力。如何激活中小企业自主创新的积极性已成为产业可持续发展的重要课题。论文分析了顺德中小家电制造企业自主创新的特点,并找出了这些企业创新动力不足的原因,重点对影响顺德中小家电制造企业创新动力的内外部主要因素进行了分析,最后提出了相应对策。With the increasing maturityofhome appliance manufacturing industry, many enterprises are inevitably faced with the challenges of the bottleneck of independent innovation. Especially small and medium-sized enterprises, mostly belongs to the imitative development, technical content and added value is relatively low, and lacking innovation power. How to activate the enthusiasm of independent innovation of small and medium-sized enterprises has become an important topic of sustainable development of industry. This paper analyzes the characteristics of independent innovation of small and medium-sized household electrical appliance manufacturers in Shunde, and finds out the reasons for their lack of motivation. The main internal and external factors affecting the innovation power of small and medium-sized household electrical appliance manufacturing enterprises in Shunde are analyzed, and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward.
