摘  要:通过快速碳化试验,以活性掺合料矿粉、粉煤灰、引气剂、聚丙烯纤维以及再生粗骨料作为影响因素,对再生混凝土进行碳化性能试验研究。试验结果表明:影响再生混凝土碳化深度因素的主次顺序为:矿粉>粉煤灰>引气剂>再生骨料>聚丙烯纤维,并提炼出最优配合比。再生混凝土的碳化深度随着矿粉和粉煤灰掺量的增加而减小,随着引气剂和聚丙烯纤维掺量的增加而增大,随着再生粗骨料掺量的增大表现为先增大后降低,其中聚丙烯纤维掺加可有效提高碳化性能,效果显著。基于普通混凝土碳化计算模型的研究基础上,利用本次试验数据和国内学者数据进行回归分析,建立了建立了活性掺合料再生混凝土碳化深度预测模型。经过试验值和预测值的对比分析,可知预测模型具有较好地精度和可靠性,以供工程实践参考。By rapid carbonization test,with active admixture of mineral powder and fly ash,air entraining agent,polypropylene fiber and recycled coarse aggregate as the influence factors,experimental study on carbonation resistance of recycled concrete.The test results show that the effect of recycled concrete carbonation depth factors,slag〉fly ash〉air entraining agent〉recyded aggregate〉polypropylene fiber,and extract the optimal mix ratio.The carbonation depth of recycled concrete decreases with the increase of slag and fly ash,increases with the increase of air entraining agent and polypropylene fiber,with the increase of the amount of recycled coarse aggregate was first increased and then decreased,the content of polypropylene fiber and improve the carbonation effect.On the basis of the existing carbonation model of ordinary concrete,combined with the data of this experiment and other domestic scholars on the basis of experimental data,the model of the active admixture of recycled concrete carbonation depth calculation model was established.Through the comparative analysis of the test value and the predicted value,it is known that the prediction model has better accuracy and reliability,which can be used for reference in engineering practice.
