不同年龄段成熟卵巢畸胎瘤患者CA125、CA199及肿瘤直径的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:比较不同年龄段成熟卵巢畸胎瘤患者的肿瘤直径、CA125与CA199水平。方法:选取本院2014年1月-2016年6月接诊的成熟卵巢畸胎瘤患者280例,根据年龄不同分为5个年龄段,比较肿瘤直径、CA125、CA199的测定结果。结果:不同年龄段患者中CA125阳性检出率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);CA199阳性检出率随年龄增长呈现下降趋势,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);<20岁患者肿瘤直径最大,30~39岁患者肿瘤直径最小,不同年龄段的肿瘤直径比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同年龄段的CA125水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);≥50岁患者的CA199水平最高,40~49岁患者的最低,不同年龄段的CA199水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:不同年龄段成熟卵巢畸胎瘤患者的肿瘤直径、CA199水平差异明显,可为临床诊断提供依据。Objective： To compare the tumor diameter, CA125 and CA199 levels in different ages patients with mature ovarian teratoma.Method： From January 2014 to June 2016, 280 patients with mature ovarian teratoma in our hospital were selected and divided into 5 groups according to the different age, the tumor diameter, CA125, CA199 levels of different age groups were compared.Result： There was no significant difference in the positive rate of CA125 in different age groups （ P〉0.05 ） .The positive rate of CA199 was decreased with the increase of age, the difference was statistic significant （ P〈0.05 ） .The maximum tumor diameter was the younger 20 years old group, the minimum tumor diameter was the 30-39 years old group, the difference was statistic significant among different age groups （ P〈0.05 ） .There was no significant difference in CA125 level between different age groups （ P〉0.05 ） .The maximum CA199 level was the older-50 years old group, the minimum CA199 level was the 40-49 years old group, the difference was statistic significant among different age groups （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusion： The tumor diameter and CA199 level of patients with mature ovarian teratoma in different age groups are obviously different, which can provide the basis for clinical diagnosis.
