国际化视野下地方院校中外合作办学研究——以湖南工程学院与英国高地与群岛大学合作办学为例

摘　　要：地方院校基于自身学科专业优势和多年发展积淀,通过多途径多形式引进国外高校优质教育资源,以合作办学项目为载体推进相关专业改革。以湖南工程学院与英国高地与群岛大学合作开办"4+0"模式的本科教育项目为例,通过引进专业模块化教学,实现了教育合作和人才培养目标。为确保地方院校中外合作办学顺利推进与实施,提出了合理的应对策略。Based on the advantages of specialty and the long-term development, local colleges promote the specialty reform by utilizing the high-quality foreign education resources in the cooperation program. The ＂4＋0＂ HIE-UHI program realizes the goal of education cooperation and talents cultivation with the intro- duction of English and professional course modules. Reasonable strategies for the cooperatim program of chinese-foreign institutes in local colleges are raised to ensure the smooth implementation.
