中药内服外治联合淋巴引流技术治疗中老年恶性肿瘤术后下肢淋巴水肿临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的研究中药内服外治联合淋巴引流技术治疗中老年恶性肿瘤术后下肢淋巴水肿的临床疗效。方法选取2016年1-12月我院收治的恶性肿瘤术后下肢淋巴水肿患者58例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组29例。对照组予淋巴引流技术,配合局部肢体功能锻炼;治疗组予中药内服外敷联合淋巴引流技术,配合局部肢体功能锻炼。治疗2个疗程后,比较两组患者的总有效率及患肢周径、症状评分。结果治疗组总有效率为82.8%,略高于对照组的65.5%,但两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后治疗组的患肢周径与对照组相比明显减小,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组症状评分(3.65±1.86)低于对照组(4.76±2.02),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药内服外治联合淋巴引流技术治疗恶性肿瘤下肢淋巴水肿的临床疗效确切。Objective To study the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine internal and external treat- ment combined with lymphatic drainage technology in the treatment of middle and aged malignant tumor patients com- plicated with postoperative lower limb lymphedema. Methods Totally 58 malignant tumor patients with postoperative lower limb lymphedema from January to December in 2016 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,29 cases in each group. Control group was given lymphatic drainage technology, cooperating with local limb function exercise. Treatment group was given traditional Chinese medicine internal and external treatment combined with lymphatic drainage technology, at the same time cooperating with local limb function exercise, both groups were treated for 2 courses. The total effective rate,limb week diameter and symptom scores of two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was slightly higher than that of control group （82. 8% vs. 65.5 % ） , but there was no statistical difference （P 〉 0. 05 ）. The limb week diameter of treatment group was slimmer than that of control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. After 2 courses of treatment, the symptom score of treatment group （ 3.65 ± 1.86） was lower than that of control group （ 4. 76 ± 2. 02 ） , the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine internal and external treatment combined with lymphatic drainage has good efficacy in the treatment of malignant tumor complicated with lower limb lymphedema.
