摘 要:运用自建瓦斯爆炸实验平台,对障碍物与管道壁面间距比变化下的瓦斯爆炸特性进行实验研究。结果表明:随着障碍物与管道壁面间距比的增加,预混气体的爆炸压力和平均火焰传播速度都有一定程度的增大,其中当障碍物与管道两侧壁面间距比相同时,对爆炸火焰传播特性的影响最大;相比于其他阻塞率的障碍物,间距比的改变对阻塞率50%的障碍物爆炸压力增幅比最大,对比间距比为0时的爆燃压力,间距比为0.25和0.5时的爆燃压力分别增加了55.6%,101.8%。研究结果可为工业和井下设备的设计、安装提供实验依据,具有一定的理论和现实指导意义。The experimental study on the gas explosion characteristics under different spacing ratios between the obstacle and pipe wall was carried out by using the self- developed gas explosion experimental platform. The results showed that with the increase of the spacing ratio, the explosion pressure and the average flame propagation velocity of premixed gases increased with a certain extent, and when the spacing ratios between the obstacle and both sides of pipe wall were the same, the effect on the propagation characteristics of explosion flame was the largest. Compared to the obstacles with other blocking rates, the change of the spacing ratio had the largest increase amplitude ratio of explosion pressure for the obstacle with the blocking rate of 50%. The explosion pressure increased by 55.6% and 101.8% respectively when the spacing ratio was 0.25 and 0. 5 compared with the explosion pressure when the spacing ratio was 0. The results can provide experimental basis for the de- sign and installation of industrial and underground equipments, with a certain theoretical and practical guiding significance.
