摘　　要：确定了露天煤矿绿色开采的内涵、目标和实现途径,定义了露天煤矿"绿色度"评价因子的概念、确定了其内涵及作用,建立了绿色开采评价指标体系。对黑岱沟露天煤矿进行了"绿色度"评价,综合评定为Ⅱ级、达到"良"的绿色标准。The article determined the connotation, goal and realization way of green mining in open-pit coal mine , and defined theconcept of ＂green degree＂ evaluation factor, and determined its connotation and function, and built the evaluation index system ofgreen mining. The author carried out ＂green＂ evaluation on Heidaigou Open-pit Coal Mine, the comprehensive assessment resultwas the level II, which reached the ＂good green standard ＂.
