饲料中蜡样芽孢杆菌致病性及其毒素检测方法研究进展

摘　　要：蜡样芽孢杆菌是一种革兰氏阳性菌,菌株主要通过产生呕吐毒素和肠毒素而发挥致病性,临床分为呕吐型和腹泻型。文章对蜡样芽孢杆菌血清分型、污染来源、致病性特点、检测方法和防控措施进行综述,旨在系统了解蜡样芽孢杆菌致病机制,为防控蜡样芽孢杆菌提供新的思路。Bacillus cereus is a gram-positive bacterium and it primarily produces cereulides and enterotoxins,resulting in lesions for animals and humans. Based on clinical signs,it can be divided into emetic and diarrhoeal form. The review was aimed to elucidate several aspects of Bacillus cereus, including serotype,origination, pathogenicity, diagnostic method and preventive measures to understand its pathogenesis systematically and facilitate new strategic control.
