摘  要:高迁移率族蛋白B1(HMGB1)是一种具有广泛功能的染色体相关核蛋白,参与细胞核内DNA的重组、修复及转录等生物学功能,维持染色体的稳定性。在氧化及炎性压力下,HMGB1会获得出胞的能力,细胞会将HMGB1主动或被动的释放到细胞外。作为一个配体分子,细胞外的HMGB1可以被相应的受体分子,主要为晚期糖基化终末产物及Toll样受体等识别,形成HMGB1-RAGE/TLRs复合物,激活下游信号通路,介导炎性细胞因子、趋化因子、粘附分子、血管生成因子等多种细胞因子的合成与分泌,参与慢性炎症反应及卵巢癌的生长、侵袭及转移等过程。High-mobility group box 1 protein (HMGBI) is a chromatin associated nuclear protein with a broad range of capabilities, which participate in the recombination, repair and transcription of DNA in the nucleus and maintain the stability of the chromosome. Under the stress of oxidation and inflammation, HMGB1 can get the capacity of exocytosis and be released into the extracellular actively or passively. As a ligand, extracellular HMGB1 can be recognized by its corresponding receptors, such as RAGE and TLRs. Then HMGB1 - RAGE/TLRs compound would participate in the chronic inflammation response and the origination, invasion and metastasis of ovarian cancer through activate downstream signaling pathways and mediate synthesis and secretion of cytokines,chemokines, adhesion molecules and angiogenesis factor.
