摘  要:以下部结构实测整体或局部振动模态参数为目标值,采用模型修正技术和优化计算方法识别墩身刚度和基础约束刚度参数,进而计算桥墩横桥向和顺桥向水平线刚度。分析线刚度对桥墩各类病害的灵敏度,建立线刚度指数的概念,在此基础上提出下部结构服役性能评估准则和评估流程。对某高速铁路桥墩进行现场试验,并依据设计规范和本文所提出的评估准则对其工作状态进行评估。桥墩评估状态与现场勘查结果相符,从而证明本文所提评估方法的准确性和可靠性。With measured integral or local vibration mode parameters of substructures as objective values, the FE model updating technique and the optimization computation method were used to identify the pier-body stiffness and the foundation-restraint stiffness. On the basis of the identified parameters, the longitudinal and lateral linear stiffness of piers can be computed. According to the analysis of sensitivity of linear stiffness to pier damage, the linear stiffness index was proposed, based on which the service performance assessment criterion and assessment procedure were constructed. A field test was conducted on a high-speed railway pier and its health condition was evaluated based on the proposed evaluation criteria and the design codes. The evaluation results of the pier agreed well with those of the in-situ inspection, which proved the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed evaluation method. By the proposed dynamic evaluation method, the dynamic modal parameters used in the inspection can be transformed into static linear stiffness index, thus prompting the combination of the static design with the dynamic evaluation of railway bridge substructures.
