摘　　要：分析了《植物组织培养》课程改革的必要性,结合工作和岗位要求,提出了基于工作过程化的课程教学内容设计,并对教学组织及教学评价进行相关阐述,以供《植物组织培养》课程改革参考。This paper analyzes the necessity of ＂plant tissue culture＂ of the curriculum reform, combined with the work and job requirements, put forward the teaching content of the curriculum design based on working process, and the teaching organization and teaching evaluation are elaborated, for ＂plant tissue culture＂ curriculum reform reference.
