摘  要:"卓越工程师教育培养计划"(以下简称"卓越计划")是我国高等工程教育的重大改革,其强调校企合作教育,着力培养学生的工程意识、工程素质和工程实践能力。浙江科技学院轻化工程专业(制浆造纸工程方向)是国家首批"卓越计划"试点专业,本文以该专业为例,着重介绍了校企合作教育的思路和实施办法。以服务企业发展及人才需求为出发点,激发企业从工程人才培养的"客体"向工程人才培养的"主体"转变,建立与卓越工程师培养目标相适应的校企合作教育新方式。通过校企联合制定可操作的工程知识和工程能力标准,并在企业实施五级实践项目、四个阶段的学习计划,联合培养适应现代造纸企业需求的高素质应用型人才。"Training Program for Excellence Engineers", abbreviated as "Training Program", was a great change in the field of Chinese Higher Engineering Education. Training Program emphasized the importance of cooperation educating of school-enterprise, in order to train students' engineering consciousness, engineering quality and ability of engineering practice. Light chemical engineering (pulp and paper orientation) in Zhejiang University of Science and Technology, is a trial major of the first batch of national training program major. It focused on the paths and implementation methods of cooperation educating of school-enterprise, based on pulp and paper orientation. In order to offer service for enterprise development, as well as talent demand, enterprises has been changed from the object of engineering talents training to the subject of engineering talents. A new way of cooperation educating of school-enterprise was established and adapted to educational objectives of Training Program. Operability standards of engineering capability and engineering knowledge were established by school and enterprise. And a five levels practice project, as well as a four stages learning plan, was carried out in enterprise practice link, achieving high quality applied talents to meet the needs of modern paper-making enterprises by cooperation educating of school-enterprise.
