摘  要:目的:探讨VAP-1和VCAM-1在脑星形胶质细胞瘤中表达及其临床意义。方法:应用免疫组织化学技术检测脑星形胶质细胞瘤和脑良性病变中VAP-1和VCAM-1的表达,分析其表达与脑星形胶质细胞瘤临床指标间的关系。结果:VAP-1在脑星形胶质细胞瘤中的阳性表达率为80.00%,高于对照组阳性表达率15.00%,有统计学差异(P<0.01)。VCAM-1在脑星形胶质细胞瘤中的阳性表达率为75.00%,高于对照组阳性表达率17.50%,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。脑星形胶质细胞瘤中VAP-1和VCAM-1表达与组织学分级、临床分期成正相关。生存期分析显示,VAP-1与CAM-1阳性表达的患者生存期较其阴性患者更短。结论:VAP-1和VCAM-1与脑星形胶质细胞瘤发生、恶性演进和预后差有关。Objective:To investigate the clinicopathological significance of expression of VAP-1 and VCAM-1 in brain astrocytoma.Methods:The expression of VAP-1 and VCAM-1 in astrocytomas and brain benign lesions was detected by immunohistochemistry.The relationship between the expression of VAP-1and VCAM-1 and the clinical indexes of astrocytoma was analyzed.Results:The positive expression rate of VAP-1 in brain astrocytoma was 80.00%,which was higher than 15.00% in control group(P〈 0.01).The positive expression rate of VCAM-1 in brain astrocytoma was 75%,which was higher than 17.50% in control group(P 〈 0.05).The expression of VAP-1 and VCAM-1 in brain astrocytoma was positively correlated with histological grade and clinical stage.Survival analysis showed that patients with positive expression of VAP-1 and CAM-1 were shorter than their negative patients.Conclusion:VAP-1 and VCAM-1are related to the occurrence,malignant progression and prognosis of brain astrocytoma.
