摘　　要：目的:探讨17β-羟类固醇脱氢酶-12(17β-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase,HSD17B12)在卵巢癌中的表达及临床病理学意义。方法:收集卵巢浆液性肿瘤病例,其中浆液性囊腺瘤40例,交界性浆液性囊腺瘤60例,浆液性囊腺癌80例,应用免疫组织化学技术检测HSD17B12的表达,分析其表达与卵巢浆液性腺癌的临床病理指标相关性。结果:HSD17B12在浆液性囊腺瘤中的阳性表达率为12.50%,在交界性浆液性囊腺瘤中的阳性表达率为21.67%,在浆液性囊腺癌中的阳性表达率为86.25%,浆液性囊腺癌组与浆液性囊腺瘤、交界性浆液性囊腺瘤比较,表达阳性率有统计学差异(P<0.01)。卵巢癌中HSD17B12的表达在Ⅲ~Ⅳ期组高于Ⅰ~Ⅱ期组。HSD17B12阳性表达的患者生存期较HSD17B12阴性患者短。结论:HSD17B12在卵巢浆液性腺癌中表达高,并与患者临床分期、生存期与预后差有关。Objective：To investigate the clinical and pathological significance of the expression of 17 beta hydroxy steroid dehydrogenase-12（17 dehydrogenase-hydroxysteroid,HSD17B12） in ovarian cancer.Methods：Ovarian serous tumor cases and related clinical data were collected,including 40 cases of serous cystadenoma,60 cases of borderline serous cystadenoma,80 cases of serous cystadenocarcinoma.HSD17B12 expression was assayed by immunohistochemistry,and the relationship of their expression in ovarian serous carcinoma to clinicopathological index was analysized.Results：The positive expression of HSD17B12 in serous cystadenoma rate was 12.50%,the positive expression in borderline serous cystadenoma rate was 21.67%,the positive expression in serous cystadenocarcinoma was 86.25%.There was a significant difference between serous cystadenocarcinoma and serous cystadenoma/borderline serous cystadenoma（P〈 0.01）.The expression of HSD17B12 in ovarian cancer was higher in stage Ⅰ ~ Ⅱ than in stage Ⅲ ~ Ⅳ.The survival time of HSD17B12 positive patients was shorter than that of HSD17B12 negative patients.Conclusion：HSD17B12 is related to the survival and clinical stages of ovarian serous adenocarcinoma,which is associated with poor prognosis.
