摘　　要：目的:探讨全病程个案管理师对脑卒中患者二级预防依从性的影响。方法:将本院神经内科病房120例脑卒中患者分成管理组和对照组,每组60例。对照组患者采用常规管理模式,管理组患者进行为期6个月的全病程管理模式。结果:管理组患者在遵医嘱给药、适当运动、合理膳食、控制血压、戒烟戒酒、良好生活习惯、积极心态7个方面的依从性较对照组患者高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:全病程个案管理师提高脑卒中患者二级预防依从性。Objective：To explore the effect of whole course case manager on the secondary prevention compliance of stroke patients.Methods：120 patients with stroke were randomly divided into manage group and the control group,60 cases in each group.For the control group,patients were treated by conventional management mode,for the manage group,patients were treated by whole course of disease management mode for 6 months.Results：The compliance of the patients in the management group was higher than that of the control group in 7 aspects：The compliance of the prescribed medication,proper exercise,reasonable diet,blood pressure control,smoking cessation and alcohol abstinence,good living habits and positive attitude,and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Whole course case management could improve the secondary prevention compliance of patients with stroke.
