摘  要:目的:研究三种不同根管冲洗液对RAYPEX 6、PROPEXⅡ两种电子根尖定位仪测量准确性的影响。方法:采用2%液态琼脂凝胶注入卡斯特罗模型,使用RAYPEX 6和PROPEXⅡ电子根尖定位仪,分别在5.25%次氯酸钠、0.9%生理盐水、3%双氧水3种环境下,对40颗单直根管离体牙进行根管长度测量。分别记录离体牙根管长度测量值,并计算该测量值与根管实际工作长度值的差值,采用统计软件SPSS 22.0进行独立样本t检验统计学分析。结果:两种电子根尖定位仪的各组测量值与根管实际工作长度差值均小于0.5 mm。0.9%生理盐水冲洗根管时,RAYPEX 6和PROPEXⅡ两组间对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);5.25%次氯酸钠和3%双氧水时,两组间对比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:根管冲洗液不同,对RAYPEX 6和PROPEXⅡ两种电子根尖定位仪测量准确性稍有影响,但仍能满足临床根管长度测量的精度要求。Objective: To investigate the influence of three kinds of root canal irrigations on the accuracy of RAYPEX 6 and PROPEX Ⅱ electronic apex locator. Methods:RAYPEX 6 and PROPEX Ⅱwere selected as electronic apex locators. The root canal length of 40 extracted teeth with single straight root canal was measured in the case of 5.25% NaClO,0. 9% NaCI and 3% H2O2. The difference between the electronic length and actual length was calculated. Statistic software SPSS 22. 0 was used to assess the accuracy by the method of independent sample t test. Results : All mean difference value of these two electronic apex locators were less than 0. 5 mm. There was no statistically significant difference between the two locators by using 0. 9% NaCI( P 〉 0.05 ). There was statistically significant difference in the case of 5.25% NaClO and 3% H2 O2 , respetively ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion : Different types of root canal irrigation influenced the accuracy of RAYPEX 6 and PROPEX Ⅱ electronic apex locator,but the accuracy was still able to meet the requirements of clinical root canal length measurement.
