即刻种植与延迟种植在牙齿缺失修复中的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:对比观察即刻种植与延迟种植的临床疗效。方法:选取2013年6月~2014年6月我院收治的牙齿缺失患者60例,采用随机数字表法分为实验组和对照组各30例,实验组采取即刻种植的口腔种植方法,对照组则施以延迟种植手术;随访24个月,对比两组的种植成功率、种植体稳定系数(ISQ)、术后不良反应及患者满意度。结果:对照组和实验组在种植成功率、ISQ及术后不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组在治疗效果、美观度满意度方面差异亦无统计学意义(P>0.05),而在治疗过程的满意度方面,实验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:即刻种植和延迟种植的临床疗效相当,但即刻种植在治疗过程方面具有一定的优势。Objective：To compare the clinical effect between immediate implant and delayed implant in dental restorations of tooth-missing. Methods：Sixty cases of patients with missing teeth in our hospital from June 2013 to June 2014 were selected, and placed into test group and control group randomly by random number table with 30 cases in each group. The test group was given immediate implant, while the control group was given delayed implant. At 24 months follow-up, The planting success rate, ISQ, adverse reactions and patient satisfaction of two groups were compared. Results：The achievement ratio of dental implantation, ISQ and adverse reactions had no significant difference between two groups （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. There were no significant difference in the therapeutic effect and satisfaction of beauty between two groups（ P 〉 0. 05 ）. However, during the course of the treatment, the degree of satisfaction of patients had significant difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： The clinical effect of immediate implant and delayed implant is comparable, but immediate implantation has certain advantages in the treatment process.
