摘  要:目前,板式无砟轨道是国内外高速铁路的主要轨道型式,高分子材料在板式轨道中的应用可以提高轨道的性能。综述了高分子材料类、环氧树脂类等为基体的填充材料的研究进展,着重介绍了聚氨酯填充材料的高性能化。展望了未来铁路用新型材料的研究方向,指出通过不同填料对弹性体性能的影响,从而有利于开发出具有更好性价比的填充材料。Ballastless slab track is the main stream of slab track for high-speed railway in-home and abroad now. Pol- ymer material can not only improve the performance of track,but also reduce the cost at some extent in the slab track. De- velopments of the resin filler material which was based on the polymer materials (polyurethane,epoxy resin, etc. ) and the high performance of polyurethane filler material were revieweded. The research direction of new materials in railway was prospected and it was pointed out that investigating the effect of the different filler material on the polyurethane can develop the filler material with good performance in future.
