摘  要:目的 ^(18)F-FDG PET图像纹理分析作为一种新兴研究方法,用于量化肿瘤内放射性摄取的空间分布异质性,进而了解肿瘤的生物学特征。本研究总结^(18)F-FDG PET图像纹理分析在非小细胞肺癌(non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)中的研究进展,探究^(18)F-FDG PET图像纹理分析在NSCLC中的应用价值。方法应用PubMed和CNKI期刊全文数据库检索系统,以FDG PET,NSCLC,肿瘤异质性,纹理分析为关键词,检索2007-01-2016-10有关^(18)F-FDG PET图像异质性分析的文章。纳入标准:(1)^(18)F-FDG PET图像的异质性分析;(2)^(18)F-FDG PET图像纹理分析在NSCLC中的应用;(3)^(18)F-FDG PET图像纹理分析的影响因素。根据纳入标准,最后纳入分析31篇文献。结果 ^(18)F-FDG PET图像纹理分析在NSCLC的诊断、分期、疗效预测及患者预后方面有一定应用价值,由于^(18)F-FDG PET图像纹理分析的影响因素较多,需进一步研究来明确各影响因素对各种纹理参数测量的影响及其程度。结论 ^(18)F-FDG PET图像纹理分析在NSCLC中的应用日益广泛,如何得到具有良好预测价值和可重复性的纹理参数是今后的研究方向。OBJECTIVE 18 F-FDG PET image texture analysis, as an emerging research tool, is used to quantify the spatial heterogeneity of radioactive uptake in tumors, thereby to explore the biological characteristics of the tumor. We summarize the progress of 18 F-FDG PET image texture analysis in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and explore the opportunities and challenges of 18 F-FDG PET image texture analysis in NSCLC. METHODS Using FDG PET,NSCLC, tumor heterogeneity, texture analysis as key words, the related literature published in PubMed and CNKI full-text data-base index system were searched between 2007-01 and 2016-10. The inclusion criteria: the heterogeneity analysis method of 18 F-FDG PET image; the application of the texture analysis of 18 F-FDG PET image in NSCLC. The influencing factors on 18F-FDG PET image texture analysis. Finally 31 eligible literatures were included in the review. RESULTS 18F-FDG PET image texture analysis has certain application value in the diagnosis, staging and the predictions of efficacy and prognosis of NSCLC. Since 18F-FDG PET image texture analysis has many influencing factors, more studies are required to clarify the effect of different factors on the measurements of various texture parameters and their extents. CONCLUSION 18F-FDG PET image texture analysis is increasingly widely used in NSCLC, and how to obtain texture parameters with good predictability and reproducibility is the future research direction.
