摘　　要：高校师生关系一直是教育界长期探索的问题。近年来,随着师生关系不和谐的新闻报道层出不穷,这种不和谐的关系也逐渐演变为一种社会问题。文章基于高校学术生态环境的视角,通过对当前高校师生关系现状以及关系逐渐恶化的原因进行分析,以探寻改善不和谐师生关系的对策。The relationship between teachers and students has always been a matter in education, which was explored for a long time. In recent years, the news reports about the discordant relationship between teachers and students is endless. In this article, based on the actuality of the relationship between teachers and students in colleges, we analyzed the reason why the relationship become deteriorate. Thus, we explored the way to improve the relationship between teachers and students from the perspective of academic ecology.
