摘 要:教师培训是加强教师队伍建设的重要举措,对于提升教师教学科研水平和人才培养质量具有决定性作用。近年来,中国高校在教师培训方面取得了长足发展,搭建了四级教师培训体系,引导教师综合发展,顺应网络化潮流,转型"发展"理念,注重政府管控,培训质量不断提高,培训内涵日臻充实。但中国高校教师培训也存在各级职权厘定不明,中心自主空间较小;工作内容陈旧片面、多样性不足;活动形式单一僵化、针对性不强;行政管理色彩浓厚,功利价值导向突出;培训机制不健全,教师参与动力不足等问题。为此,突出发挥教师发展中心职能;拓展创新培训内容及形式;倡导落实人文服务理念;协调推动教学科研发展;健全培训机制,激发教师参与热情;加强国际交流合作势在必行。Faculty Training is an important measure to strengthen the construction of teachers' team, which plays a definitive role in improving the teachers' teaching and scientific research level and the quality of talents training. In recent years, university faculty training in China have made great progress in setting up four levels of teacher training system, guiding teachers' comprehensive development, meeting networking trend, transforming the development concept and the tendency of government participation. Therefore, the quality of training improves continuously and the connotation of training enrich increasingly. However, there is still existing some problems such as ambiguous authority at all levels, less autonomous space for center; the teaching contents are outdated and one-sided, lack of diversity; the teaching ways are single and not strong in pertinence; a strong administrative control characteristic and salient utilitarian orientation; the imperfect training mechanism and non active teachers' participation. To end this, it is imperative to highlight and exert Faculty Development Center's function, innovate content and form of activities, establish concept of serving teachers, promote coordinated development of teaching and research, perfect the training system, stimulate the enthusiasm of teachers and enhance the international communion and cooperation.
