摘 要:以成渝客运专线新红岩隧道为工程背景,对隧道近距离下穿老旧建筑物的爆破振动监测方法及减振技术进行了研究。通过对老旧建筑物的爆破振速进行实时监测和数据回归分析,拟合出萨道夫斯基公式中的K,α值,优化后续隧道爆破施工。相对于非电雷管,在装药量不变的情况下,采用电子雷管掏槽,振速降低50%以上,在振速、爆心距、单段药量相同的情况下,采用电子雷管掏槽,施工进尺增大70%。从布置减振孔、装药结构、微差延迟爆破3个方面提出了爆破振动控制技术,实现控制爆破振动速度在老旧建筑物的安全振速范围以内,确保了老旧建筑物的安全。Research of the tunnel under-passing aging buildings in a short distance blasting vibration characteristics monitoring and vibration reduction technology is based on the engineering background of New Hongyan Tunnel of Chengdu-Chongqing high-speed railway. The controlling technology measures of blasting vibration were put forward from the arranged damping hole, the undercut form, the millisecond blasting, so as to control the vibration velocity of ground within safety range in the process of this aging buildings, to make sure the safety of aging buildings of construction segment.
