摘　　要：文章首先分析了特色馆藏信息资源的内涵及特点,概述了加大地方医学高校特色馆藏信息资源建设的必要性,强调注意整体规划与动态调整、质与量、藏与用的矛盾,提出了学术性、与学科建设和临床重点专科相结合、体现地方特色、突出专题特色、重在服务的建设原则。This paper analyzes the connotation and characteristics of information resources of the special collections, then outlines the necessity to strengthen the construction of characteristic information resources in local medical university and emphasizes the contradiction between overall planning and dynamic adjustment, quality and quantity, storage and utilization, and finally puts forward the construction principles, the combination of the academic quality and the discipline construction and the key clinical specialist, the reflection of the local and theme characteristics and the emphasis on services.
