摘　　要：大学发展战略是大学充分发挥主观能动性,利用已有的和可获取的力量对大学的发展全局进行分析和把握,把握与控制不确定因素,使好的可能性变为现实性的过程,其具有未来导向性并最终保障大学的生存与可持续发展。大学发展战略由理想状态向现实转化依托于战略能力、战略共识和战略协同等必要的支持因素。University development strategy is a process of which university gives its initiative into full play and makes full use of existing and obtainable power to analyze the development of university, including grasping and controlling uncertainties, and transfor- ming good possibilities into reality. It has the future orientation and ultimately guarantees the university＇ s survival and sustainable de- velopment. It can transform from ideal state to reality based on several necessary supportive factors such as strategic capabilities, strate- gic consensus and strategic synergy.
