试论高校就业指导类校本课程的开发

摘　　要：现阶段,就业指导日益成为高校教育工作重点关注对象,有针对性地开发高校就业指导类校本课程势在必行。高校就业指导类校本课程的针对性开发由高校自主办学特色、高校职业教育需求、教师职业素养发展及学生个性发展决定。高校就业指导类校本课程的针对性开发应本着形成就业导向的开发体系、区域发展的开发目标及校本特色的开发内容,开展就业指导类校本课程的开发定位与革新,提升就业指导类校本课程的开发成效与保障。At present, the employment guidance is becoming the focus of the education work in colleges and universities. It is im- perative to develop the school - based curriculum of employment guidance in colleges and universities. The targeted development of school - based curriculum for the employment guidance in colleges and universities is determined by the self - running characteristics of colleges and universities, the demand of vocational education in colleges and universities, the development of teachers＇ professional ac- complishment and the development of students＇ individuality. It should form the development system of employment orientation, the development goals of regional development and the development content of school - based characteristics to carry out the development o- rientation and innovation of employment orientation of school - based curriculum and to enhance the development effectiveness and pro- tection of employment guidance school - based curriculum.
