研究生对导师“反哺”的可能性确证

摘　　要：作为高等教育的重要组成部分,研究生教育在诸多方面都迥异于本科教育。研究生教育的特殊性,决定了该阶段的"学生反哺"具有更加鲜明的个性特征。文章借鉴马克思主义有关"人"的概念界定方式,从"类""群""个体"等维度的"研究生"的特点,来确证研究生对导师超越和反哺的可能性。同时,作为个体专业发展的内因,研究生导师的进取意愿和教育价值观,则是学生反哺实现的必要前提。As an important part of higher education, postgraduate education is different from undergraduate education in many as- pects. The particularity of postgraduate education determines that the students＇ ＂regurgitation - feeding＂ has a more distinct personali- ty. This paper refers to Marxist definition about the concept of ＂human＂ and confirms the possibilities of the postgraduates＇ transcend- ence over the tutor and the regurgitation - feeding from postgraduates＇ characteristics in several dimensions including ＂class＂, ＂group＂, and ＂individual＂. Meanwhile, as an internal factors of the individually professional development, the tutors＇ progressive willingness and educational values are the necessary premise for students to realize the regurgitation- feeding.
