摘　　要：工匠精神表现为精益求精、严谨、耐心、专注等品质,文章从数学角度对工匠精神的含义进行深入的解读。高校辅导员注重工匠精神的培养,是高校学生工作发展的需要,是高校辅导员生存的需要,也是提高辅导员能力与品质的需要。The spirit of craftsmen is presented in many qualities such as the excelsior quality, rigor, patience and concentration. This paper explains the connotation of the craftsman spirit from the perspective of mathematics. The cultivation of the craftsman spirit which counselors focus on in higher education is the need of the development of the student work in higher education, the need of coun- selors＇ survival, and also the need of improving the counselors＇ ability and quality.
