前瞻性护理在心肺复苏后亚低温治疗病人中的应用探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨前瞻性护理在心肺复苏后亚低温治疗病人中的应用效果。方法选取2015年5月至2016年5月我院收治的120例患者为研究对象,随机抽取60例为对照组,给予常规护理,另60例为研究组,给予前瞻性护理,比较两组患者护理效果。结果研究组护理满意率、并发症发生率均优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组Barthel指数评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在心肺复苏后亚低温治疗病人中应用前瞻性护理,满足了患者护理需求,避免了并发症的出现,保证了康复治疗效果,值得推广。Objective To study the prospective nursing after cardiopulmonary resuscitation（CPR）and the application effect of the treatment the patient at low temperature.Methods In May 2015 to May 2016,120 cases of our hospital patients as the research object,a random sample of 60 cases of control group,given routine care,the other 60 cases for the team,giving prospective care,compared two groups of patient care.Results The team nursing satisfaction rate,incidence of complications were superior to control group,significant difference;Group at the Barthel index score higher than the control group,significant difference.Conclusion The application of the treatment of patients after cardiopulmonary resuscitation（CPR）in mild hypothermia prospective care,meets the requirements of patient care,to avoid the occurrence of complications and ensure the effect of rehabilitation therapy,is worth promoting.
