摘　　要：生长抑素是一种天然环形多肽抑制性激素，通过生长抑素受体介导发挥其作用。生长抑素类似物在临床应用广泛。生长抑素受体的二聚化、“偏激动”等效应在介导生长抑素抗肿瘤过程中发挥重要作用。生长抑素抗肿瘤主要包括直接途径和间接途径。Somatostatin is a natural cyclic inhibitory peptide hormone that exerts muhiple biological activities through its receptor. Its analogues are widely used for anti - tumor therapy. The dimerization and biased agonism of somatostatin play critical roles in anti - tumor therapy. Somatostatin and its analogues produce antitumor activities through direct and indirect mechanisms.
