摘　　要：抑郁症是一种高患病率、高复发率、高致残率的精神障碍，临床治愈（remission）是抑郁症急性期治疗的主要目标，即实现患者抑郁症状的缓解。但临床治疗和临床研究发现抑郁症患者在达到临床治愈后并未完全康复，仍存在心理社会功能的损害，而心理社会功能的正常化对实现抑郁症康复和预防复发都至关重要。为给抑郁症临床治疗与临床研究提供参考和指导，本文回顾了既往抑郁症心理社会功能的相关研究，结果发现影响抑郁症患者心理社会功能恢复的因素类别众多，主要包括人口学因素、疾病相关因素、心理因素、社会因素以及治疗方式等。但目前国内有关抑郁症康复的研究对此关注较少，而国际上相关研究的结果又不一致，对于相关影响因素对抑郁症康复的作用机制探讨不深入。为了解抑郁症心理社会功能恢复的特点及相关影响因素的作用机制，未来研究需对抑郁症心理社会功能恢复及其影响因素进行更深入的探讨和分析．Major depressive disorder （MDD） and recurrence rate. The treatment goal of acute stage is a mental disorder with high prevalence, morbidity is to achieve remission, which means asymptomatic. However,clinical treatments and studies found impairment of psychosocial functioning still exists even after remission, which means incomplete recover3,. As is known, the normalization of psychosocial functioning is es- sential to the recovery and the recurrence prevention of MDD. In order to provide reference and guidance for the clinical treatments and studies, we reviewed the related studies and found many kinds of factors influen- cing the restoration of psychosocial functioning, including demographic factors, diseases related factors, psy- chological factors, social factors and therapeutic approaches. However,few interior studies focused on the re- covery of MDD ,and the results of foreign studies were inconsistent,while the understanding of how those factors influence the recovery of MDD is not clear enough. In order to make the characteristics of psychosocial functioning recovery and mechanisms of the influencing factors clear, more in-depth studies should be done in the future.
